Hi, I’m Liv, the heart behind Wildly Nourished Nutrition! My journey into nutrition began in an unexpected place—working as a CPA (aka Certified Public Accountant). But everything shifted when I experienced firsthand how whole foods transformed my energy, mood, and gut health. I realized I wanted to make a bigger impact, so I went back to school, became a registered dietitian, and pursued my passion for helping others—all while raising two wild toddlers.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me out in nature—hiking peaks, chasing new adventures, and soaking up time outdoors with my family.
